There was even a mix up with misinformation and Paul took responsibility Immediately and made sure everything was fixed and his word was kept. You do not see that type of care these days. Service Tech Mark Cronk was friendly and professional. He quickly prepared the service request and let me know what had service needed. He needed to order parts and got me a rental. He kept me informed of the work thru text messaging.

Overall good experience. I’ve had a couple recommended services that were completely unnecessary (faulty windshield wipers) but there is no problem at all with them. I get it…it’s a business, but it makes me trust their recommendations less.

Cecilia was very nice and kept me updated. Excellent customer service from her! I was bummed the car wash was down, but that happens so no worries.. I was confused on why on the multi point inspection that my tires were lower than they should be, but that they did not fill them up to the proper PSI. What’s the point of the multi point inspection if they aren’t going to do anything about it? Upon leaving the dealership, they were reading 29-31 between my four tires and they should be at least 35.
Always great service I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you for taking time to treat customers decently, it shows in the way you speak and treat people that goes a long way.

We located the 2024 used vehicle online and Christian confirmed it was available because we had over an hour drive to get to the dealership. We arrived late in the evening and Christian pulled the vehicle inside the showroom to help view the vehicle, very much appreciated. (Nice music playing in showroom as well.)
There wasn’t a bunch of going back and forth with the pricing so the total experience was smooth and easy. most dealers push to close the deal that night but we agreed that we would came back the next morning to complete the transaction.
